Wonderful

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. There are numerous attractions, bars, restaurants, shops and the sea within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel is on a major thoroughfare, which means it can be noisy if your room is at the front.

Location was great and breakfast was very good.

I just think that the rooms they assign to reservations in booking.com are the not so good. We had a room on the first floor with no view. Asked to be moved to another room with at least some view and they said they did not have any rooms available which seem odd because the hotel was not booked at 100%

Location was great & the property a welcome sight after an unpleasant night at a b& b. Room was lovely- small but very comfortable

Excellent except for the 2 issues mentioned

When we first arrived we were given a room on the first floor overlooking the street and the noise was terrible, The staff were great and relocated us to a much quieter room on the 5th Floor. This was ok until we were woken by a dog in the next room. The dog had been left by its owners when they went for their breakfast and the hotel staff set about finding them, when they did eventually return to the room they were very abusive. I am not sure if the hotel staff were aware of the dog in the room. Overall the staff were brilliant and very friendly and enjoyed our stay a part for the couple of issues.

We had a first floor room overlooking the street very noisy at night not able to sleep very well due to noise . Plug not working in room , paper cups and tea not replenished in two days and then only on request

Wonderful

Great location within ten minutes walk of the old town. Valet parking is a must considering the scarce parking options. Great breakfast, room was very clean. Hotel staff was nice

I don’t like the air freshener in the room, it was very strong.

The hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Bari.

The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near the central railway station and the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent.

Probably the only thing I didn’t like were the plastic cups in the room.

Nice and comfy.

The location is perfect for a visit in Bari. The breakfast was various and good, we enjoyed the fresh baked croissants very much. The price in January was good, and the heating was great, though on one day we were so overheated we had to sleep by an open window. The people were nice.

The personnel was somewhat "invisible", but we didn't really need their assistance. The only problem is, the things are aging, and grease stains on the bed head-part, falling soap holder on the wall, and stains on the carpets are a bit discomfortable. Alltogether the room was comfy and clean though.

We had two rooms one for us and one for our children. Get a room facing the street otherwise it will be too hot in the room and the courtyard provides minimal airflow.

It was a good and conveniently locatel hotel. I had a good stay.

It was very conveniently located and good for the purposes of my travel. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful.

I would have appreciate a welcome bottle of water, instead of charging me for that. I would have preferred a room without carpet.

Very Good

Overall, this was a very central and well-kept hotel. Breakfast was as good as we have experienced anywhere we have visited. Staff pleasant.

Arrived on a Friday night and from the start had issues with our electronic room card. Despite the cards being programmed over and over again, they still did not give access to our room (inside the room cards worked fine). Eventually, the reception gave us an old traditional door key..... we departed on Wednesday and still had issues with room entry. One expects that such issues would have been reported to hotel maintenance and dealt with. This, albeit annoying, would not stop us from returning to the hotel for further stays.
